General Hotel policies

Check in any time between 1 and 4 pm, unless arranged for an earlier check-in with the owners, or a late check in. It is critical that you let us know as you know your approximate arrival.

Check out time at 10 am, with no exceptions, as we have tight turn arounds and need to get the rooms cleaned. If you are taking a later train, we are more than happy to store your luggage for you.

1 night deposit to be taken at the time of the booking.

Full payment will be taken 7 days prior checking in.

Any cancellations up to 7 days of the arrival date, will be free of charge, except for the deposit, which will be taken in advance as previously stated.

Kindly note the WHOLE BUILDING is a non-smoking building.

Breakfast is served between 0800 and 0900 every morning, and we do go into your rooms on a daily basis to tidy around the toilets and also replenish the trays.
